Bheemeswara temple of pancharamakshetras Samalkot

Bheemeswara temple is one of the famous temple of pancharama kshetras is also known as  Sri Chalukya Kumarabheemaramam. The Lord Shiva is the presiding deity as white Linga with 14 feet height constructed in 9th century in drawidian style by king Chalukya Bheema, hence the temple is called as bheemeswara temple.

The Bheemeswara temple is looks same as the Draksharama temple of Pancharama kshetras. In this Bheemeswara temple grandly celebrates the Shiva Ratri festival.
